Departure Mono and Inter for a retro tech look
A pixel font for labels, numbers and headlines, and Inter to make the rest easy to read. Retro, but still readable.
Font combination
Departure Mono + Inter
SIGNAL FOUND
Departure Mono is drawn on a pixel grid, so it looks like an old terminal or a handheld game. Inter was made for screens and stays clear at any size, which is what the body text needs when the headline is doing something loud.

How to use it
- Departure Mono is drawn on an 11 pixel grid. Its maker recommends sizes in steps of 11 px (11, 22, 33, 44) for pixel sharp results.
- Keep it for short things: headlines, labels, prices, stats, buttons. Paragraphs in a pixel font tire the eyes quickly.
- Departure Mono is not on Google Fonts. Download it from departuremono.com and self host it with the @font-face rule below.
